Tech was not on time. Then tech claimed that when he did show up that he couldn't work, but tech never checked in with site. Tech was never granted access to work area. I would recommend hiring another company. This work was scheduled around other projects and companies. They're failure to communicate and talk to any of the number of people on site is going to cause issues moving forward.
